Included

The course includes all the necessary equipment, such as surfboard and wetsuit, as well as teaching an experienced instructor who guides you throughout the course. For a more detailed overview of what is included, see the overview below.

Duration

The course extends over 3 hours where you get an intensive and exciting experience. It is organized so that time is optimally distributed between theory and practical exercises on the water.

What to bring

For the course we recommend that you bring swimwear, towel, easily changing clothes, sunscreen and possibly a filled drink can.

Age limit

This course has an age limit of 12 years. However, children under the age of 12 can participate if accompanied by an adult. The adult companion has a wetsuit available for free so you can share the experience together and ensure a safe and fun day on the water.

Description

Are you ready to take your surf skills to the next level? Our Surf Continuation Course is designed for you who have already had some experience with surfing, or who have completed our beginner's course and are ready for more. This course allows you to get even more time on the water and get individual guidance to refine your techniques.

The course is organized by an experienced instructor who adjusts theory and practice according to the participants' level and wishes for the day. You will have plenty of time on the water, where the instructor will be on hand to answer questions about technique, weather conditions, and everything you need to know to become a better surfer. Experience an even more fun and challenging surfing experience, where you can develop your skills and get helpful tips from our skilled instructors!

Note: Students under the age of 12 must have an adult companion with them, and the adult will be provided with a free wetsuit.


Meeting time and course times:

• Meet up 15 minutes before the start of the course at WestWind Surfcafe, Tungevej 8, 6960 Hvide Sande.

• The course can be booked on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-13:00 or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 14:00-17:00.

What is included?

  • Soft Top Surfboards

    The course includes Soft Top Surfboards, which are specially designed for beginners. These boards provide extra stability and are safer and user -friendly, so you can focus on learning and having fun on the water. Soft Top Surfboards is the perfect choice for a safe and successful start to your sour mirror.

  • Wetsuit

    The course includes a neoprene wetsuit from the brand RIP Curl or C-Skins. The suit is 5mm thick, which is a good all-round thickness. We have many different sizes and you will together with the instructor find the suit that fits the best possible on you.

  • Surf instructor

    At our surfing courses you are guaranteed teaching from talented and committed instructors who are passionate about water sports. Our instructors are not only experts in their field, but also dedicated to learning at eye level. They make sure your learning takes place in a safe and motivating environment.
