To rent equipment, you must meet up physically in our store. We offer a wide selection of surfing and water sports equipment such as Wing, Kite, Windsurf, SUP, Kayak as well as Waterwear and Neoprene. All rent takes place directly with the specific Westwind store/location.

No Unfortunately, we do not offer pre -reservation. Equipment rental is done according to the first-come, first-served principle, so we recommend getting early to secure you the desired equipment. Should the desired equipment be rented out, do not hesitate to ask our staff when they expect the equipment to be available again. As a starting point, we have plenty of equipment and the staff will always be ready with exciting alternatives.

To extend your rental period, you can enter the store and arrange an extension, provided the equipment is available.

For beginners, we recommend stable surfboards, SUPS or easily manageable wings, windsurf sails and kites. Our staff will be happy to help you find the right equipment that fits your level.

You can exchange equipment for free within the same rental category. This could e.g. be an upgrade of the boad or sail size.
If you want to upgrade to another category or more advanced equipment, an additional payment may occur where the price difference is to be paid.

No, our equipment is not insured. You are responsible for damage or loss during the rental period and should therefore take good care of the equipment.
