Become a Summer Instructor at WestWind Watersport
Do you dream of an active summer job by the water, where community, responsibility, and watersports go hand in hand? At WestWind Watersport, we are looking for committed and passionate instructors for the summer season.
At WestWind, it’s not just a summer job. Your work takes place on the beach and in the water with wind, waves, and exciting experiences every day! You become part of a strong community where collaboration, learning, and laughter are a natural part of everyday life.
We are looking for someone energetic, positive, and outgoing, who thrives with responsibility and is motivated to teach and inspire others. You are a team player, cooperative, and actively contribute to a good atmosphere.
Who are you?
- You can work a minimum of 4 weeks during the summer season.
- You have a valid instructor certification from VDWS or the Danish Sailing Association (or are in the process of obtaining it).
- You prioritize safety and quality highly.
- You are service-minded, responsible, and able to create safe experiences for guests of all ages.
Not old enough yet for an instructor certification?
You are still very welcome to join us as a helper or assistant. Here you get the opportunity to be close to the water, learn from experienced instructors, and become part of the community.
It’s a big plus if you:
- Can make basic barista coffee or have experience with coffee machines.
- Enjoy learning about equipment or exploring gear.
- Have experience from previous jobs in the industry.
- Have experience with watersports (e.g., surfing, wingsurf/wing-foil, kitesurfing, windsurfing, SUP, or sailing).
