Christmas Gift Exchange Policy 🎁

Christmas gifts purchased on or after November 3rd, 2025 can be exchanged or returned until January 15th, 2026.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or order number.
The extended period allows you to exchange the gift(s) for the correct size/color or receive store credit if a direct exchange is not possible.

 

Return and right of withdrawal

This must be done through Westwind Surfshops [Return portal], and certain requirements must be met before the return is considered valid.

• You have the right to return items purchased at our webshop within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  
  
• This period is counted from the day you receive your order. Any costs of returning the goods are incurred by you.
  
  
• Cancellation of the purchase must be notified to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, and the goods must reach us within 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  
  
• You must notify the cancellation per. E-mail to webshop@westwind.dk and clearly indicate that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
  
  
• It is Westwind Surfshops that assess the condition of the product on returns. If the item has been tried beyond what is needed to determine its nature, properties and function, it is considered to be used and has a deteriorated value. This means that when you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount return.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
