Duotone Battery box with antenna plug

This battery box is specially made for use on the Midfish Air board and should not be fixed to the harness because the receiver sits differently inside the battery box. In this setup, the receiver is placed at the bottom of the box, under the batteries, and is linked to a wire antenna. The wire antenna runs through a thin tube beneath the footpad, near the front of the board, making sure it stays above the water and can properly catch the Bluetooth signal from the remote. Using a battery box meant for the harness on the board can cause signal problems, especially if the tail of the board dips under water before takeoff. This might lead to uneven electric propulsion. Lighter riders who don’t push the battery box underwater shouldn’t have any trouble.

Also, we don’t recommend using the Battery Box with Antenna Plug together with the harness, as the signal from the remote might not be steady. This is especially true for boards with low volume, where the bottom of the battery box is likely to be underwater before takeoff. On the other hand, the harness battery box has the receiver in the lid, which usually stays above water when resting on the board.

For steady performance and reliable signal reception, it’s best to use the Battery Box with Antenna Plug only when it’s mounted on the Midfish Air board.
