Duotone Tail D/LAB

Once joined by the “invisible” M6 bolt, they might trick you into thinking our glider was a single carbon piece.

The clever trick is our smart design which hides the bolt used to connect the tail part with the front wing beneath the mast. By doing this, we can do away with the usual extra bolt heads that show on all our competitors’ foils with similar semi glider designs.

The D/LAB tails come in three lengths. A shorter 37cm piece, which when joined to a front wing equals our 60cm fuselage, a 43cm piece matching the 66cm fuselage, and a 47cm piece matching a 70cm fuselage.

Choose the 37 tail for a livelier ride and the chance to carve tighter turns, or go for the 43 tail for the perfect balance of nimbleness and control. The 47cm tail gives maximum steadiness at high speeds, perfectly paired with our Blitz D/LAB but also fitting all other D/LAB foils.

An extra 4th M6 screw can be used on the Blitz D/LAB wings, securing the tail’s steadiness and even more control at high speeds. All other D/LAB gliders come with a perfectly fitted plug to close the extra 4th screw hole.

The carbon build of the D/LAB tails not only promises easy upkeep, but the strong link to the front wing via two M8 plus one M6 (37cm & 43cm) or two M6 (47cm) bolts makes sure the whole setup is as rigid as a single-piece glider, like those on our Daytona foils.
