The Duotone X_PACE is made for the windsurfer who refuses to compromise on speed but is done with the heavy hassle of camber sails. The project started from a desire to create a sail that has "dragster acceleration" and the locked-in feel of a race sail, but with the easy handling and quick rigging of a wave or freeride sail.

Through a unique shaping concept, it has been possible to build a strong "pre-shaping" into the luff panel, mimicking the profile usually only found on camber sails. This provides a constant forward pull that forces you into an aggressive sailing position, letting your board fly on the fin. Because the profile is built into the sail itself, the X_PACE works perfectly with both SDM and RDM masts, unlike most other big sails, without any loss of performance.
