Included

This course includes our beginner windsurf equipment including a beginner windsurf rich (sail, boom, mast) as well as a beginner windsurf board. In addition, a wetsuit, swimming vest and instructor are of course also included. For a more detailed description, see the overview below.

Duration

The teaching of our Windsurf beginner course extends over 3 days, with a total of 9 hours of intensive and fun teaching. Each course day lasts 3 hours where we focus on giving you a basic introduction to windsurfing. During the course you will learn about security, balance and the first techniques on the water. The 3x3 hours of teaching ensures that you quickly get a good sense of the sport and a solid start to your windsurfing journey.

What to bring

For the course we recommend that you bring swimwear, towel, easy change of clothes, sunscreen and preferably a pair of neoprene shoes or boots.

Age limit

We have an age limit of 9 years* for this windsurfing course. This limit is set because the equipment is designed to care for people with a certain height and strength that are typically achieved in this age group. For younger children it can be challenging to handle the equipment efficiently and securely. The age limit helps ensure a positive, fun and safe experience for all participants.

Description

Are you ready to start your windsurfadventure? This beginner course gives you a solid introduction to the sport. You'll learn all the basics, from balancing on the board to steering the sail, all with the help of experienced instructors who make sure you feel confident all the way. The course includes 1 hour of theory on seaway rules and safety. We focus on a safe start, and the instructor will be by your side so you quickly gain confidence on the water. All equipment is included and the course is adapted to weather conditions.

What is included?

  • Windsurf beginner equipment

    On the course you will have access to a stable beginner board and a easily manageable sail. The equipment is carefully selected to make it easy and safe for you to get started with windsurfing.

  • Wetsuit

    The course includes a neoprene wetsuit from the brand RIP Curl or C-Skins. The suit is 5mm thick, which is a good all-round thickness. We have many different sizes and you will together with the instructor find the suit that fits the best possible on you.

  • Swim vest

    CE Approved Swim West from Helly Hansen. 50n buoyancy and thus perfect safety measure for beginners on the water.

  • Windsurf instructor

    At our windsurfing courses you are guaranteed teaching from talented and stoked instructors who are passionate about water sports. Our instructors are not only experts in their field, but also dedicated to learning at eye level. They ensure that your learning happens in a motivating and safe environment.
