Our lithium high-voltage batteries (LiHV) have been specially made for the Duotone Foil Assist system. Remember, you need to connect two batteries to power the Foil Assist.

To make your foiling with the Foil Assist truly boundless, our batteries meet air travel rules and have a capacity of 159.6 Wh – just under the 160 Wh limit for air transport*. This means you can take your Foil Assist anywhere and discover completely new places.

The battery life depends on many things, including your foiling skills, weight, conditions, board size, speed level, and how well your foil works. Usually, the battery lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. We suggest getting a second set of batteries so you can fully enjoy your time on the water without long breaks.

The batteries are easy to turn on with a simple power button. Next to it, you’ll find four lights that show the battery’s charge level – from empty to the best storage level (two or three lights) to fully charged.
