Duotone Platinum Series AERO 3.0 2024 is the flagship among Duotone's windsurf booms - the lightest and most exclusive boom on the market, developed for competition windsurfers and performance riders for whom every gram counts. Thanks to a premium material mix and completely unique production methods, it is 200-400 g lighter than the already ultralight Platinum SLS. Backed by nearly three decades of Maui development and Munich engineering, this is the most feature-packed carbon boom Duotone has ever built.

The secret lies in Segmented Cross-Section Technology: Instead of a traditional round tube, the boom combines different cross-sections, with the square front section increasing stiffness by approximately 30%, while the oval tail section adds another 30% horizontal stiffness - while also reducing tail weight, making the boom feel extra light in your hands. The entire construction is laminated in 100% T900 prepreg carbon with Duotone's exclusive SENTEX® resin, impregnated with silicon nanobeads. The result is a boom that is both the lightest and one of the stiffest on the market - weighing between 1.70 and 2.75 kg depending on the length.
