The original from the inventor of surf helmets with audio vents for better hearing. The head protection is extremely light and you hardly notice that you are wearing a helmet at all. During development, special attention was paid to minimal water resistance to minimize the risk of neck injuries during washing. It goes without saying that all Gath helmets are absolutely corrosion-resistant and dry extremely quickly. Since 1989, when Australian pro surfer Rick Gath presented his helmet to the public for the first time, Gath helmets have been the standard by which the competition is measured, and not just for surfers. Perfect fit on land but also in the water, minimal weight and minimal water and air resistance make Gath helmets famous far beyond the surfing scene. So it's no wonder that Gath is the helmet of choice for kiters, jet ski pilots, kayakers and wingfoilers when it comes to perfect fit, maximum functionality and absolute safety.
Size chart for head circumference measured 2cm above the ears:
S = 530 - 540mm, fitted strip = 7.5mm, additional strip = 9mm
M = 550 - 560mm, fitted strip = 4.5mm, additional strip = 6mm
L = 570 - 580mm, fitted strip = 7.5mm, additional strip = 9mm
XL = 590 - 600mm, fitted strip = 4.5mm, additional strip = 6mm
Weight: 325 - 350 grams depending on helmet size
